Yukhoe Cheonji insists on using only domestic Hanwoo beef. The food is delicious and neat, so it's a place I always order from. A group of us gathered on a weekday evening and ordered the Hanwoo yukhoe (beef tartare), yuk-sashimi (raw beef slices), and sammakase (yukhoe samhap). You could feel that fresh ingredients were being used, and the staff members were friendly. The taste was definitely satisfying, and it is the most memorable restaurant.
