What kind of place is Yukhoe Cheonji Gwanggyo Main Branch?

A pub in Gwanggyo centred on Hanwoo yukhoe and yuk-sashimi. We use only 100% Korean Hanwoo beef, grade 1+ to 1++, wet-aged for 8 hours before serving. We are about 607m from Exit 2 of Sanghyeon Station on the Shinbundang Line, within walking distance, and we are open from five in the evening until one in the morning.

What are the signature dishes and prices?

Hanwoo yukhoe is S 23,000 · M 33,000 · L 46,000 KRW, and yuk-sashimi is S 28,000 · M 38,000 · L 56,000 KRW. Kkakduk yukhoe is priced the same as yuk-sashimi, and Jeolla-style yukhoe the same as Hanwoo yukhoe. Yukhoe Samhap (Sammakase) is 47,000 KRW and yukhoe bibimbap is 13,000 KRW. It’s my first time trying yukhoe — what should I order?

Start with Hanwoo yukhoe (S 23,000 KRW) or yuk-sashimi (S 28,000 KRW). If you want to try both textures at once, we recommend kkakduk yukhoe (S 28,000 KRW). For a meal with rice there is yukhoe bibimbap (13,000 KRW), and if you come as a group, Yukhoe Samhap (47,000 KRW) is a safe choice.

Do you also have grilled meat?

Yes. You can grill Suwon fresh king galbi (36,000 KRW for 2), salchisal (18,000 KRW per person), Hanwoo beef tongue (18,000 KRW per person) and pre-grilled beef makchang (18,000 KRW per person) over the charcoal brazier. Grill portions are 120g per person, and sides of king oyster mushroom, shishito peppers and tomato are 1,000 KRW each. Soju and beer are 5,000 KRW each.

Do you have raw fish or seafood?

We serve a separate menu of seafood specialties: uni (sea urchin roe) 37,000 KRW, Jeju ttaksaeu sashimi 37,000 KRW, fresh salmon sashimi 25,000 KRW, live octopus sashimi (2 octopuses) 25,000 KRW, sweet shrimp sashimi (20 pieces) 20,000 KRW and peeled soy-marinated shrimp (10 pieces) 17,000 KRW.

What are your opening hours?
