The slogan of Yeokdae Jjamppong is "90 touches of sincerity, 90 flames, true smoky flavor only after stir-frying 90 times." Believing that true smoky flavor comes not from ingredients or seasoning but from the process of handling fire and the wok, the standard of stir-frying 90 times is observed as a principle rather than just a recipe. Adhering strictly to the heating power and stir-frying duration standards is considered the most important.

The menu focuses on jjamppong. In addition to the signature Yeokdae Jjamppong, you can choose according to your preference from various jjamppong options such as Baek Jjamppong (white broth), Maeptangi Pepper Jjamppong, and Yeokdae Chodang Soft Tofu Jjamppong. Jjajangmyeon, Ganjjajang, and Glutinous Rice Sweet and Sour Pork (Chapsal Tangsuyuk) are also available, as well as a Solo Set (8 pieces of sweet and sour pork, 3 dumplings) for solo diners.
