- You can make a reservation. Please let us know the number of people and the time via 041-551-7433.
- How do you create the smoky wok flavor of Yeokdae Jjamppong?
- We adhere to the cooking standard of stir-frying 90 times. Because smoky wok flavor comes from the handling of the flame and wok rather than ingredients or seasonings, seafood and vegetables are stir-fried over high heat for a set amount of time so the smoky aroma permeates the broth. The slogan "True smoky flavor comes from stir-frying 90 times" originated from this standard.
- Is it okay to visit alone?
- It is completely fine. We offer a Solo Set for solo diners. With 8 pieces of sweet and sour pork (tangsuyuk) and 3 dumplings, the portion is modest and goes well alongside a single bowl of jjamppong or jajangmyeon.
