Can I visit without an appointment?

Yes, but waiting times can be long in the afternoon, so it is more convenient to reserve a time over the phone.

Is it covered by national health insurance?

Acupuncture treatment is covered. For non-covered treatments, we explain the cost first before proceeding.

How long does the first visit take?

It takes about 30 minutes. We also ask about daily postures and sleeping posture together.

Does acupuncture hurt a lot?

For first-time visitors, we start with a small number of thin needles.

How many times should I visit?

We will tell you the estimated number of visits during your first appointment. We do not make you pay in advance.

Is parking available?

You can park in the basement and get parking validation for up to two hours at the reception desk.

Do you also prescribe herbal medicine?

We only mention it when deemed necessary. You can also let us know during the consultation if you do not want it.

Can I receive treatment while pregnant?

It depends on your stage of pregnancy and condition. Please call and ask before visiting.
