Can I visit without an appointment?: Yes, but waiting times can be long in the afternoon, so it is more convenient to reserve a time over the phone.
Is it covered by national health insurance?: Acupuncture treatment is covered. For non-covered treatments, we explain the cost first before proceeding.
How long does the first visit take?: It takes about 30 minutes. We also ask about daily postures and sleeping posture together.
Does acupuncture hurt a lot?: For first-time visitors, we start with a small number of thin needles.
How many times should I visit?: We will tell you the estimated number of visits during your first appointment. We do not make you pay in advance.
Is parking available?: You can park in the basement and get parking validation for up to two hours at the reception desk.
Do you also prescribe herbal medicine?: We only mention it when deemed necessary. You can also let us know during the consultation if you do not want it.
Can I receive treatment while pregnant?: It depends on your stage of pregnancy and condition. Please call and ask before visiting.
