I called because the sink was clogged, but I was so tired that I fell asleep. The work was done in the bathroom, and it was a problem with a clogged sewer/drain. When I saw the missed call suggesting they had already stopped by, I called back, and they kindly visited again, which made me feel both very sorry and grateful.^^ The construction was completed within a few hours on the same day, and I liked that they checked everything meticulously even after the work was done.
