What is the difference between Polyurea and Q-Mong?

Polyurea is a practical material for everyday spaces thanks to its excellent durability and stain resistance. Q-Mong has a pearl-free, matte color, providing a luxurious finish. We also offer a mixed package that uses Q-Mong for bathrooms and polyurea for entryways, balconies, and laundry rooms.

What areas are included in each package?

Package A covers 2 bathrooms; Package B adds the entryway to A; Package C adds a balcony or laundry room to B; and the Full Package covers 2 bathrooms, entryway, balcony, and laundry room. For the Mixed Package, A covers 2 bathrooms and an entryway, B adds a balcony or laundry room, and the Full Package covers everything. Art walls, bathroom walls, kitchen walls, and living rooms can be added as options where needed.

Who performs the installation?

The owner conducts the installation directly. We do not subcontract and only work on one home per day.

What if an issue arises after construction?

We provide free after-sales service for 1 year after construction. However, issues caused by customer negligence will incur a fee.
